Ingredients
6-8 skinned flounder fillets
1 Package of Tortillas
Sour Cream
Shredded Lettuce
Dice Tomatoes
Sliced Black Olives
Shredded Cheese
Chilie Powder
1 Jar of Salsa (your favorite will do)
Start by cooking the flounder in a skillet. As the fish cooks start to break it up into small crumbles. Cook fish
until almost all of the moisture has evaporated. Sprinkle fish with Chilie Powder and set aside to assemble taco.

Heat your tortilla and place on a plate. Start to build the taco by layering all of the ingredients one at a time.
Roll the filled tortilla and enjoy. Serve with all your favorite taco sides. You will love malking different
