Ingredients
10 skinned flounder fillets
1 Package of Fatback
2 large onions (sliced)
1 can of tomato soup
1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup of ketcup
2 cup of water
salt




Start by cooking the Fatback in a large pot. Retain the grease from the fatback. Add onions and cook until they
become slightly clear. Add tomato soup, tomatoes with green chilies, ketcup, and water into the pot.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Add flounder fillets and cook on low for 20 minutes. If you like your
fish stew to have chunks of fish in it, DO NOT STIR. Season with salt.


Serve over rice. Fish Stew is always better the next day. Just reheat and enjoy!
