Chef Ellen serves up a plate of Flounder Freeman

Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)
8 thick flounder fillets
Sliced tomatoes
1 package of crackers (crumbled)
Parmesan Cheese
2 sticks melted butter
Parsley flakes
Paprika & Garlic Salt

Place sliced tomatoes into bottom of baking dish.
|
|
Spread crumbled crackers over tomatoes.
|
|
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over crackers.
|
|
Melt 2 sticks of butter.
|
|
Place flounder fillets on top of dish.
|
|
Pour melted butter over flounder fillets.
|
|
Sprinkle on some Parmesan Cheese and Parsley flakes.
|
|
Top with Garlic Salt & Paprika.
|
|
Bake for 20-25 minutes @ 400 degrees. Remove when top of dish is crusty!
