How To Make Flounder Freeman

Chef Ellen & son Bradley Chef Ellen serves up a plate of Flounder Freeman




Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)
8 thick flounder fillets
Sliced tomatoes
1 package of crackers (crumbled)
Parmesan Cheese
2 sticks melted butter
Parsley flakes
Paprika & Garlic Salt




Sliced tomatoes in baking dish Place sliced tomatoes into bottom of baking dish.


Crumbled crackers over tomatoes Spread crumbled crackers over tomatoes.


Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over crackers Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over crackers.


Melted butter Melt 2 sticks of butter.


Place flounder fillets Place flounder fillets on top of dish.


Pour on the butter Pour melted butter over flounder fillets.


Sprinkle some more cheese Sprinkle on some Parmesan Cheese and Parsley flakes.


Garlic salt & Paprika Top with Garlic Salt & Paprika.


Bake Bake for 20-25 minutes @ 400 degrees. Remove when top of dish is crusty!
