Ingredients
3-4 skinned flounder fillets
Blackening Season (any kind will do)
Melted butter



Start by coating each fillet with melted butter. Then sprinkle blackening season on each fillet (The more seaon
you use will make fillet more spicy). Heat ungreased cast iron skillet before putting in fillets. BE CAREFUL!
And place fillets into pan. It will sizzle and begin to cook immediately. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side depending
on the thickness of each fillet.
